If you are like me, you are always looking for the best deal on fitness equipment. Unfortunately, there are many different products out there and you can spend hours researching without finding anything. That's why Dr. Andrew has created this list of his personally tested and trusted Amazon products that he uses, getting a quality product at the best price!
Pull-Up Bands- These large, thick rubber loop bands are great for exercise, band-assisted stretching and so much more! Regularly used in the clinic and are helpful to have around the house.
Glute Bands- These glute or mini bands are great for hip and shoulder workouts. Lots of different sizes so as you get stronger you can increase the resistance. Great for building shoulder and hip stabilizing muscles.
