What Causes Golfer's Elbow?
Also known as Medial Epicondylitis, Golfer's elbow is a condition where you feel pain on the inside portion of the bony part of your elbow. It is due to an overuse of the forearm muscles that flex the wrist. It is not limited to only golfers! Anyone who repeatedly holds a firm grip on an object while flexing the wrist.
Some common symptoms of golfer's elbow are:

Pain and tenderness in the inner portion of the elbow with certain movements

Stiffness in the elbow joint

Weakness in the hand and wrist. May be difficult to make a fist

Numbness and tingliness in the ring and pinky finger as a nerve could be compressed
